In this article, you’ll see how to complete and provide proof of delivery.
- In order to complete a delivery, you must be logged in to the mobile application, have an assigned manifest, and have completed the associated pickup.
After you’ve completed the pickup process and are on your way to the drop-off, follow these steps.
You’ll see all the same information for each drop-off listed in your route. It will list the drop-off time under the address.
Proof of Delivery
On that same drop-off screen below Notes, you’ll fill in the Recipient Name, take at least one photo (required) but up to 8 photos of the delivery, and obtain a signature (optional). Add any Driver Notes that you want to notate. Then swipe Complete Order.
If you arrive to the drop-off and cannot leave the delivery, you can toggle the Delivery Attempted on.
