In this article, you’ll learn how to complete a pickup on the mobile application.
Prerequisite: You must be logged in to the mobile application and have orders assigned to you.
Completing a Pickup
To learn how to view orders assigned to you, read this article.
Once you begin on your route you’ll see In Progress under the map. On the map you’ll also see where your vehicle currently is. You can use the + or - buttons to zoom in and out of the map.
When you click into one of the orders you’ll see detailed information such as:
- Next stop (time the pickup is due)
- Pickup address
- Contact person
- Number of items and weight
- Pickup notes
You’ll be shown the pickup. To complete it, you’ll swipe Complete Pickup.
