Completing a Pickup

This article explains how to complete a pickup on the mobile application.

Prerequisite: In order to complete a pickup, you must be logged in to the mobile application and have an assigned manifest.


When viewing the list of your assigned deliveries, pickup locations will be have a

package icon to the left of the location.


Tap the drawer to expand the details, then tap the Verify Pickup button to see the manifest details for that stop.

After verifying that all items on the delivery manifest are loaded on the vehicle, swipe Pickup complete.



This action will trigger an email notification to designated recipients that the deliveries on that manifest are Out for Delivery.
