The Dashboard

The Driver Performance Dashboard will show you driver statistics such as on-time percentage, acceptance rate, miles driven, engaged hours, and total orders. You'll also see your earnings on this screen now. You'll be able to see these statistics for different timeframes including today, last week, and all time.

What Does On-Time Percentage Mean?

This percentage shows the number of times that you arrived at a pickup or drop-off location during the timeframe specified in the delivery details. Orders accepted late do not count against this score.

Note: Dispatch requires drivers to maintain a 70% on-time percentage in order to stay active on the driver app. Failure to do so may result in deactivation.

What Does Acceptance Rate Mean?

The acceptance rate shown on your dashboard counts the number of times you've declined a smart order match. This doesn't include orders you didn't respond to.

Number of Deliveries

The dashboard will show how many deliveries you have completed during different timeframes. These numbers can be used to help keep track of how close you are to hitting bonuses like our cargo van bonus or new driver bonus.

Not Included

Statistics like cancellations and unassigned orders are not currently available in the Driver Performance Dashboard.
