In this article, you will learn what our statistics dashboard entails.
Solution: To provide drivers with transparency into their on-time order percentages.
Where Can You Find the Dashboard?
You can find this dashboard by clicking the tab to the right of the “Earnings” tab labeled “Stats”.
The Driver Performance Dashboard will show you driver statistics from your current week, last four weeks, and lifetime. Each section will show the number of completed orders you will have, your on-time pickup percentage, and on-time drop-off percentage.
What Does On-Time To Pickup or On-Time To Drop-off Mean?
These percentages show the number of times that you arrived at a pickup or drop-off location during the timeframe specified in the delivery details. Don’t be alarmed if you have more drop-offs indicated than pickups–– this could be because you have taken multi-stop orders in the past. Orders accepted late do not count against this score.
Note: Dispatch requires drivers to maintain a 70% On-Time to Drop-off percentage in order to stay active on the driver app. Failure to do so will result in deactivation.
Number of Deliveries
The dashboard will show how many deliveries you have completed:
- In the past week, Saturday to Friday
- In your last four full weeks
- In your lifetime with Dispatch
These numbers can be used to help keep track of how close you are to hitting bonuses like our cargo van bonus or new driver bonus.
Statistics like cancellations and unassigned orders are not currently available in the Driver Performance Dashboard.
