How do I complete a delivery in an area with no cell phone service?

In this article, we'll discuss how you'll complete a delivery if you have no cell phone service.

How It Works

When you find yourself in an area lacking cell phone service, the app automatically shows your drop-off in Offline Mode. All cards will be disabled from swiping while you're offline.

You'll also see a blue banner at the bottom of your screen letting you know you're in Offline Mode.

Note: You'll still be able to see details of your future orders by expanding each order card.

The app will automatically show the proof of delivery page when you're offline. Your information will automatically save as a draft for when you do get back online.

Once you're back online, the app will tell you the steps you still need to take to complete your order. You'll be able to quickly swipe through the completed order with your saved proof of delivery already there.

Offline Mode should pop up automatically when you're in an area with no service. If it doesn't, please reach out to the Support Team via in-app chat.

Note: Offline Mode only applies when you're in an area without cell phone service while completing orders. It doesn't mean you'll see orders if you aren't toggled Online.
