What is occupational accident coverage?
It is coverage offered to all Dispatch drivers to cover medical expenses related to injuries that occurred making deliveries on the platform.
Independent Contractors can file a claim online at www.zurichna.com/claims
Once they open the Zurichna.com/claims site- they will see a drop down “I’d like
to…”(Select a category)-choose- “Report a Claim”
(Select an option)-choose- “Occupational Accident”
Hit GO and proceed to filing the claim
The system will walk them through required information and give options to call
Zurich claims as well.

You will be connected to the IC claims department
You will be asked if it is an existing or new claim
You will be connected with a representative
