In this article, you will learn why we no longer support the use of Internet Explorer (IE) 11 with our platform and what browsers to use moving forward.
As of August 31, 2021, Dispatch will no longer support using Internet Explorer 11 to access the Marketplace App. Placing an order within the Marketplace App will not work properly if you attempt to use IE 11. We recommend switching to one of the following supported browsers: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, or Firefox.
We are following Microsoft's and Google Workspace's lead as they will also no longer support the use of Internet Explorer 11.
