In this article, you will learn how to locate and manage incomplete deliveries in Dispatch Connect.
Solution: You’ll see clearly displayed incomplete orders from the previous day so you know they need to be addressed.
- Deliveries created that were not fulfilled
If scheduled deliveries were not completed on a given day, they will roll over to the next day and be visible in the Incomplete Deliveries section on the Dashboard. These deliveries will also show on the map.
Incomplete deliveries can be assigned to a vehicle for the current day. Hover over the reference ID of the delivery, which will turn it into a clickable link and lead you to the plan view, map view, or list view from the right side.
Then click the three-dot kabob menu and click Edit Delivery.
