Marketplace Policy Violations

This article reviews Dispatch's policies and what violations can look like for drivers.

Drivers that violate Dispatch's Terms of Use or receive customer complaints will be subject to deactivation in the app. Drivers will be contacted via email when violations or complaints are noticed or filed. Violations are given out when issues arise that can damage the relationship with Dispatch customers.

These can include the following, but are not limited to:

  • Abuse of wait time
  • Failing to inform the customer when running late
  • Unprofessional conduct
  • Refusing to deliver the product once picked up
  • Excessive requests to unassign yourself from orders
  • Communicating with the customer about your opinions on pricing, vehicle types, wait times, etc.

If you are removed from the network and would like to file an appeal you can do so here.

If you have questions, please contact us at drivercare@dispatchit.com. A representative from Dispatch will reach out to you for support.
