- Abuse of wait time
- Failing to inform the customer when running late
- Unprofessional conduct
- Refusing to deliver the product once picked up
- Excessive requests to unassign yourself from orders
- Communicating with the customer about your opinions on pricing, vehicle types, wait times, etc.
