In this article, you will see how to take photos and submit proof of delivery.
Solution: To enable drivers to show they completed a delivery.
Once you arrive at the drop-off location you can swipe “Arrived at Drop-Off.” Drop off the parcel where instructed in the notes section.
Once you complete a drop-off you will be prompted with Photo (Required). Take a complete picture of the package and the surrounding area. Click the plus sign and add your photo of the delivery. There is an optional notes field after this which you can also include notes in.

The image on the left is unacceptable because there is no background to determine where the package has been left.
The image on the right is acceptable because it shows the entire package and surrounding area so the customer can easily locate it.
