Repeating a Delivery

In this article, you will learn how to recreate and repeat a past delivery in Dispatch Connect.

Solution: Saves you time when creating deliveries that are frequently repeated or for frequent customers with detailed delivery instructions.

 

Prerequisites:

  • Previous deliveries have been completed
  • Repeating a Past, Current, or Future Delivery

Viewing Historical Deliveries

Historical routes and deliveries can be viewed from the Connect Dashboard and the Delivery Management pages. For our Connect Professional Tier users, there is no limit to how far you can go back. Connect Starter Tier users will be able to view 13 months of historical data. To view a historical delivery from the Delivery Management page, Select a Date using the Calendar Ribbon or use the Search Box to find specific past deliveries.

Repeating a Delivery

In order to repeat a delivery, select the Delivery Management tab from the top menu bar. Enter the date of the delivery you wish to duplicate or scroll through the list. On the far right of the specific delivery you want to repeat, select the three dot menu, and select Repeat Delivery.

You will need to specify a new reference number and set the new date if you'd like to. Any other details can also be edited as needed.

Deliveries can also be repeated from the Dispatch Connect Dashboard. To repeat a delivery that is assigned to a vehicle, click the three dot menu and select Repeat Delivery.
