In this article, you will learn what is included in your weekly reporting email.

 Prerequisites: 

  • A Connect subscription

Reporting Emails

A reporting email will go out every Monday at 4:00AM to anyone with web app administrator roles in Connect. The metrics included in these email reports include:

  • Customer delivered to most
  • Number or orders sent to Dispatch Marketplace
  • Orders by zipcode
  • Orders by vehicle
  • Optimized mileage (Shows miles saved)
  • Miles driven by Truck
  • Average hours spent on routes

The data is from the previous week. Here is a sample of what the emails look like:
