Tracking My Delivery & Receiving Notifications

In this article, you will learn how order tracking and notifications work.

Solution: To learn how notifications show you the most updated delivery information, notify you of delays, and keep your customers informed.

Who Will Receive ETA (Estimated Time of Arrive) Updates

  • The individual placing the order
  • Additional contacts listed while completing the order form, such as a customer

Types of ETA Updates

  • Email
  • SMS
  • Webpage with a shareable link

When ETAs Will Update

Estimated Time of Arrival will update at each of these steps:

  • Order is placed
  • Driver is assigned
  • Order is picked up
  • Order is dropped off

Order Tracking

Placing the order

Once you’ve placed the order and a driver has been assigned, you (and any additional contacts listed) will receive a notification displaying the estimated Pickup and Drop-Off times.

If it takes longer than expected to find a driver, causing the Pickup to be delayed, you (and any additional contacts listed) will receive a notification with the updated Pickup time.

Leaving the Pickup Location

Once the driver has left the Pickup location, you (and any additional contacts listed) will receive a notification letting you know the driver is en route to the Drop-Off location.

If the driver is running late when picking up the order, you (and any additional contacts listed) will receive a notification letting you know the order is out for delivery but running behind schedule. The updated ETA will be shown.

Updated ETA

If the driver encounters a delay on the way, you (and any additional contacts listed) will receive a notification with the updated Drop-Off time.

Delivery Complete

Once the delivery is complete you (and any additional contacts listed) will receive a confirmation that the order has been successfully delivered. It will include a View Order Details link so you can review all the information related to the delivery, including driver information, Pickup/Drop-Off times, and photo proof of delivery.
