Change a Subscription
Changes to the subscription, such as upgrading to the Dispatch Connect Professional Package, or adding additional vehicles beyond your current plan, can occur at any time during the subscription period. Contact us at connectsupport@dispatchit.com to learn more.
Cancel a Subscription
Your Dispatch Connect subscription can be cancelled at any time during the subscription period, however, Dispatch will not prorate or provide any refund for the subscription plan. You may choose to skip subscription renewal towards the end of your subscription period.
Subscription Renewal
The Dispatch Connect subscription will renew automatically for a full year on the date of the original subscription purchase and will charge the original method of payment on file. Look for a reminder email about a month before your subscription is set to renew.
