In this article, you will learn how to create a new order in Marketplace.

Click on Orders in the top menu bar, then click the New Order button.

Fill out the Order Information fields however you want to customize it. Complete the Pickup fields. Be sure to include any pickup notes that will help the driver get what they need and quickly. Click Next to continue.

A progress bar at the top will allow you to track your progress through each section of the order form.

Next, you will enter the Drop-Off information. Just like the pickup information section, you will complete all the fields listed for the drop-off. This part of the form contains Billing Notes (optional) where you can enter a PO or project number, or other identifying information.

Once you complete this section, we will beginning estimating the price. Click Next to continue.

Then choose the Vehicle Type you need. You can also click Show vehicle details to see descriptions of items that would fit in each vehicle type. You will be shown the best vehicle choice based on the estimated weight. Click Next to continue.

Next you can select from the list of Optional Add-Ons to make the un/loading and delivery process easier. Click Next to continue.

Next choose the Delivery Option you’ll need. For more details on the different service levels, see this article. Click Next to continue.

Lastly, you will be able to review the Order Summary before submitting.

If you want to add a customer or other additional contacts you wish to receive order notifications, fill out their SMS Phone Numbers and/or Email Addresses.

Note: If this is a multi-stop order, anyone listed in the Additional Notifications will receive notifications for all drop-offs that are done.

When everything is filled out, click the Submit Order button. Your order will be sent to the available drivers.
