Service Level Definitions:
ASAP: (Orders must be picked up as soon as they are claimed),
Expedited: ( Orders must be delivered within 120 minutes),
Standard: (Orders must be delivered by drop-off time noted in app (three or more hours),
Same Day: (Ready for pickup between 7-10am and due by 5 pm or later),
Multi-Stop: (Pick up multiple parcels from one pickup location and deliver to multiple drop-off locations by 4pm.)
You can view the service level in the courier portals (Dashboard tab) load-board under the route tab (mileage also shown) on the available orders board.
