How We Handle Cancellations
Any concerns or questions about deliveries, payment, wait times, vehicle size requests, etc. you should call Dispatch Support. These should not be addressed with the customer and can lead to a violation.
Cancellation payments are as follows:
Assigned (must be assigned for more than 5 minutes) | $7.50 |
At pickup | Half of Base Fare or $7.50 whichever is greater (see screenshot below to locate Base Fare) |
Out for Delivery | Full rate |
