What happens if an order I'm assigned to gets cancelled?

Why was my order cancelled?

Needs can change quickly and orders get cancelled for a variety of reasons; the most common:

Schedule Changes

Weather

Receiving customer changed their mind

Driver Negligence*

*Orders cancelled due to driver negligence will result in a violation of our Driver Management Policy

Payment for Cancellations

Any concerns or questions about deliveries, payment, wait times, vehicle size requests, etc. should be sent to Dispatch directly. These should not be addressed with the customer and can lead to a violation.

Cancellation payments are as follows:

Assigned (must be assigned for more than 5 minutes)

$7.50

At pickup

Half of Base Fare or $7.50 whichever is greater (see screenshot below to locate Base Fare)

Out for Delivery

Full rate
