Estimated Time of Arrival will update at each of these steps:
Order Confirmed
Searching for Driver
Driver is assigned
Nearing Pickup Location
Order is picked up
Nearing Drop-Off Location
Order is dropped off
Order Tracking
Order Confirmed
Once you've placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know your order has been successfully placed.
Placing the order
Once you’ve placed the order and a driver has been assigned, you (and any additional contacts listed) will receive a notification displaying the estimated Pickup and Drop-Off times.
Searching for Driver
In the rare event that we’re still searching for a driver 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup, we’ll promptly send a notification, providing sufficient time to make any necessary adjustments to the order. If needed, you can contact Dispatch Support directly from this notification.
If it takes longer than expected to find a driver, causing the Pickup to be delayed, you (and any additional contacts listed) will receive a notification with the updated Pickup time.
Driver Nearing Pickup Location
When the driver is approaching the pickup, the individual who placed the order will be notified.
Leaving the Pickup Location
Once the driver has left the Pickup location, you (and any additional contacts listed) will receive a notification letting you know the driver is en route to the Drop-Off location.
Driver Nearing Drop-Off Location
When the driver is approaching the drop-off, the individual who placed the order will be notified.
If the driver is running late when picking up the order, you (and any additional contacts listed) will receive a notification letting you know the order is out for delivery but running behind schedule. The updated ETA will be shown.
Updated ETA
If the driver encounters a delay on the way, you (and any additional contacts listed) will receive a notification with the updated Drop-Off time.
Notify Me Before Arrival
We’ve added a “Notify Me Before Arrival” feature so you and your customers can choose to opt-in and receive an "Out For Delivery" email, guaranteeing everyone stays informed.
Delivery Complete
Once the delivery is complete you (and any additional contacts listed) will receive a confirmation that the order has been successfully delivered. It will include a View Order Details link so you can review all the information related to the delivery, including driver information, Pickup/Drop-Off times, and photo proof of delivery.
