When you arrive at a pickup or drop-off location, read all order notes carefully. They may contain information on who to contact, where to locate packages, or where to leave items.

If you need to call a pickup or drop-off contact, use the call button in the app to do so. Be sure to identify yourself as a Dispatch driver. Call all contacts listed in the app before reaching out to Dispatch Support. Dispatch has the same information as you and it’s generally quicker for you to make the calls to the customer before calling Dispatch Support. For verification purposes, all calls must be made through the app.
