In this article, you will learn how the new driver app looks and how to navigate the app.

Viewing Orders

When you first go into the mobile app, you’ll see the Route tab where you’ll be able to view all your orders for the day. You’ll be able to view the number of stops, how many miles, and the number of hours for the entire route. Below that you’ll see the map laying out your route for the day. Below that will be your deliveries listed out individually.

If a delivery is running behind, you’ll get a Late icon that pops up on that delivery.

There are icons to the left of each route reference ID. The dark blue boxes represent pickups. The flagged items represent deliveries.

Starting Your Route

Once you begin on your route you’ll see In Progress under the map. On the map you’ll also see where your vehicle currently is. You can use the + or - buttons to zoom in and out of the map.

Order Details

When you click into one of the orders you’ll see detailed information such as:

  • Next stop (time the pickup is due)

  • Pickup address

  • Contact person

  • Number of items and weight

  • Pickup notes

You’ll be shown the pickup. To complete it you’ll swipe Complete Pickup.

You’ll see all the same information for each drop-off listed in your route. It will list the drop-off time under the address.

Proof of Delivery & Completing Order

On that same drop-off screen below Notes, you’ll fill in the Recipient Name (required), take at least one photo (required) but up to 8 photos of the delivery, and obtain a signature (optional).

Add any Driver Notes that you want to notate. Then swipe Complete Order.

If you arrive to the drop-off and cannot leave the delivery, you can toggle the Delivery Attempted on.
