On the order form, this service option will appear once you have selected your vehicle type.
Extra Handling: Inside Delivery*
Delivers items across the threshold
Protects items from being exposed to bad weather
Secures items from theft or damage
Enables you to finish the job faster with equipment staged closer to the work area
Allows necessary items to acclimatize, allowing for earlier installation
Add specific directions for the driver in the Drop-Off notes.
*The driver will drop off materials inside the recipient’s building, but it cannot require the use of inside stairs. An elevator is allowed with coordination ahead of time and may incur additional fees. Pets or obstructions must be removed before delivery for a timely and safe drop-off.
Extra Handling: Room of Choice*
Includes all the advantages of Inside Delivery with the following added benefits:
Saves time & effort as items will be placed exactly where you need them.
Safer option as you may not have the tools to easily move items yourself long distances.
Reduces the risk of damage occurring since items won’t need to be moved post-delivery.
Add specific directions for the driver in the Drop-Off notes.
*Use of an elevator or 1 stairwell is allowed with coordination ahead of time and may incur additional fees. Pets or obstructions must be removed before delivery for a timely and safe drop-off. The customer must provide the designated room in the order’s drop-off notes. For Multi-Stop orders, each drop should be clearly indicated.

Tracks paperwork related to items being delivered.
Obtain photo proof of signatures at drop-off.
To have signed paperwork returned, list the return address as the final stop on a multi-stop order. Add specific directions for the driver in the Pickup/Drop-Off notes.
