How do I change my vehicle on my profile?

In this article, you will learn how to update your vehicle

Dispatch drivers must be driving the vehicle listed on their profile when completing deliveries on our network.

If you need to update your vehicle, simply access our chat support in the Dispatch app and select "Update my vehicle." This will prompt you to fill out a ticket with your new vehicle Make, Model, and VIN.

Please include a photo of the vehicle and an updated insurance document. Once we review and confirm your vehicle, you will receive a message confirming the update, and you will be able to make deliveries in that vehicle.

Please ensure that we can see the full length of your vehicle and that your insurance is up to date with your name listed on the policy.
