What driver statistics does Dispatch track?

Where Can You Find Your Stats?

You can find this dashboard by clicking the "Earnings" tab.

The Earnings Tab

Your Earnings tab will show you driver statistics, such as on-time percentage, engaged miles and time, and earnings. You'll see these statistics for different timeframes, including bi-weekly and quarterly.

What Does On-Time Percentage Mean?

This percentage shows the number of times you arrived at a pickup or drop-off location during the timeframe specified in the delivery details. Orders accepted late do not count against this score.

Note: Dispatch requires drivers to maintain a 70% on-time percentage to stay active on the driver app. Failure to do so may result in deactivation.

Engaged Time and Miles

  • Engaged Time: The time a driver spends actively working on a delivery, beginning when they accept a delivery request in the app and ending when the delivery is completed. It does not include time spent waiting for a request.

  • Engaged Miles: The total miles driven while on an active delivery, measured from the point of accepting a request to the point of completing the delivery.

Recent Earnings

Below your statistics are your recent earnings. In this section, you can view your earnings in bi-weekly or quarterly increments.

Also, in this section, if you click the blue receipt to the right of your earnings numbers, you'll be able to download a full earnings summary that includes the services listed on your orders, toll reimbursements, and wait time payouts, among other things.

Tracking Bonuses

The last thing you'll see in the Earnings tab is a space to track your progress for weekly bonuses.
