Dispatch will monitor the orders closely to ensure drivers meet all order expectations and adhere to our Community Guidelines.

If the homeowner requests that you take delivery materials from the dropoff or deliver them inside the home, please contact Dispatch support so we can approve any adjustments required for Inside Delivery or Pallet and Package Removal.
