To keep seeing Home Depot orders, you'll need to complete the Home Depot certification by Monday, November 23. Here's what it is, why it matters, and how to finish it in a few minutes.
What is the Home Depot certification?
The Home Depot certification is a short training that confirms you know Home Depot's delivery standards. It has two parts:
The Certification Guide: covers order types, pickup, drop-off, and professional expectations.
The quiz: a short multiple-choice quiz based on the guide. You need a 100% score to pass.
When you pass, you earn the Home Depot Certified skill on your profile. That skill is what keeps Home Depot orders showing in your app.
New delivery pros complete the certification during onboarding, before their first Home Depot order. If you've already delivered Home Depot orders, you'll get a message with your link to complete it.
Why is it important?
Home Depot holds us to high standards. Their customers are contractors and homeowners who expect on-time, careful deliveries, and Home Depot pays close attention to how every carrier performs.
It protects your Home Depot volume. Strong deliveries help us keep and grow Home Depot orders in your market, which means more opportunities for you.
It helps you avoid costly mistakes like wrong-address deliveries, incorrect drop-off placement, and missing photos.
How do I complete it?
Find your certification link. We'll send it to you in a message from Dispatch. Watch for it in your inbox and notifications.
Read the Certification Guide. It only takes a few minutes, and the quiz is based on it.
Take the quiz. Answer every question correctly to score 100%.
Didn't get 100%? No problem. You can retake the quiz as many times as you need until you get 100%, so review the guide and try again.
You're certified. Once you pass, the Home Depot Certified skill is added to your profile automatically.
Deadline: Complete the certification by Monday, November 23. Don't wait until the last day. Completing it early means no interruption to your Home Depot orders.
What happens if I don't complete it?
If you haven't completed the certification by Monday, November 23:
Home Depot orders will stop showing in your app until you complete it.
You can still take all other orders. Your account is not suspended or deactivated.
You can finish anytime. Once you pass the quiz, Home Depot orders will show again.

Good to know: You only need to certify once. Certification does not replace our delivery standards. Delivery performance issues or misdelivered items can still put your Home Depot access at risk.
