In this article, you will see how your driver will get set up using the Dispatch App.
Solution: To understand what's needed to get a Courier Driver ready to take orders in the Dispatch App.
Logging In
Step 1: Once you set your driver up in your courier account as a Courier Driver, they'll receive an email prompting them to set their password.
Step 2: After they've set their password they'll need to download the Dispatch App. They'll use the email address you used to set them up along with the password they set in order to log into the app.
Step 3: Your driver will receive a push notification to their phone any time you assign them an order. Just swipe right on the notification to pull up the order in the app.
Step 4: Your driver will complete the delivery as instructed, swiping as you arrive and leave each location.
Other Notes
If a driver needs help during a live order, they can use our Live Chat feature in the Settings tab to reach Dispatch Support.
Courier Drivers will not be able to see any financial information regarding their deliveries. It is the sole responsibility of the Courier Admin to work out any payouts with their drivers.
