In this article, you will learn how to download and access the mobile application for Connect Drivers.

Prerequisites

  • You must be provisioned and assigned the role of Connect Driver by an organization administrator prior to setting a password and logging in to the mobile application.

  • Your email address cannot already be associated with a Dispatch Marketplace Driver profile.

Downloading the App

iOS users can visit the App Store for iOS on their mobile device to download the app. Android users can visit the Google Play Store on their mobile device to download the app. The mobile application is not optimized for use on tablets. We recommend using a standard mobile device for best functionality.

Setting a Password

From the web

  1. Go to the Sign In Page

  2. Click either the Forgot your password? link or the Didn’t receive unlock instructions? link

  3. Enter the email address associated with your Connect Driver user profile

  4. Check your email for a link to set your password

  5. Follow the instructions to set your new password

From mobile

  1. Go to the Login page

  2. Click the Forgot your password? link

  3. Enter the email address associated with your Connect Driver user profile

  4. Check your email for a link to set your password

  5. Follow the instructions to set your new password

Logging In

  1. Enter the email address associated with your Connect Driver user profile. All characters should be lowercase in this field.

  2. Enter your case-sensitive password you set

  3. Tap the Sign In button

Logging Out

  1. Tap the gear menu icon in the top left-hand corner of the screen

  2. Tap the Log Out button
